STRIVE COLLECTIVE
FOR CLUBS

Everything your club
needs to run. Free.

Roster and member records, invites, the schedule and signups, club news, club email, chat, and a public club page. Not a trial, not a starter tier. The whole set.

Club Manager is the desktop workspace for the people who run the club. Members stay in Strive: reading the news, signing up for Saturday, showing up. No subscription and no per-member fee.

CLUB MANAGER

One desktop workspace for the people who run it.

Members stay in Strive. You get the roster, the calendar, club news, club email, and the public face of the community without asking anyone to leave the app they already use on the ride.

Club Manager. Roster, schedule, news, club email and your public page in one workspace.
THE COMPLETE TOOLKIT

Every tool your club needs. All of it included.

This is the full list, not a starter tier. No subscription, no per-member fee. Text messaging is the one paid add-on, and it is not switched on yet.

Roster and member records

  • Searchable roster by name, email or city
  • Member records: address, home and cell phone, emergency contact
  • Records stay private to the club’s owners and admins
  • Join requests you approve or decline
  • Owner and admin roles for the people who help run it

Invites and joining

  • Email invites sent one person at a time, never a BCC blast
  • A shareable invite link for the group chat or a poster
  • Invite tracking: who was invited, who accepted, and when
  • New members complete their club record as they join

Schedule, events and signups

  • Rides, races, runs and meetups on one club calendar
  • Member signups with capacity and attendance
  • Routes, event photos, pace groups and start details
  • Recurring weekly events created in one go
  • Members-only or public events, and a signup list you keep private or show
  • Race results posted to the event afterwards

Club news and chat

  • News posts that land on the club home page and alert members
  • Club chat and channels so plans stay where members can find them
  • Threads that stay searchable instead of scrolling away

Club email

  • Email the whole club, one event, or just the people who signed up
  • Sends staged individually so they reach inboxes, not spam
  • A send history of everything the club has emailed
  • Automatic signup confirmations for members and non-members

Your public club page

  • A public page with your club story, next events and a way to join
  • One link to share from email, Instagram or a club chat
  • Share individual events with people who aren’t members yet
  • Discoverable by athletes looking for a club near them

Why free?

We want to build an endurance-focused community, and that requires club members. Making the club tools free is how clubs bring their people in.

Club Manager is desktop for now. Members use Strive anywhere.

NOT JUST CHAT

So is this just another group chat?

No, and that’s on purpose. Group chats are great for quick back-and-forth and terrible at everything else: nobody can find that route someone posted three weeks ago, new members join with zero context, and the one message that actually mattered is buried under forty that didn’t.

Your club’s events live in a schedule. Club threads stay findable. Announcements go out as news, not as a message people scroll past.

Start with position and comfort. The fastest equipment is useless if you can’t hold your position.

Searchable, not scrollable.

Club threads, routes and answers stay with the club and stay findable months later, instead of scrolling out of a group chat.

Structured, not chaotic.

Events, signups, routes and results have an actual place to live, not a pinned message that gets buried.

Endurance-only, not everything.

No cousin’s political rant between your members and tomorrow’s ride details. No algorithm deciding what they see.

Theirs to check on their terms.

Members pick instant in-app, a daily digest (the default), or a weekly roundup, so nobody leaves because their phone wouldn’t stop buzzing.

KEEP THE CHAT

Your group chat doesn’t have to go away.

Keep your club’s WhatsApp group for casual chat if that’s what your members are used to. Nothing about Strive shuts down your group chat. What changes is where the stuff that actually matters lives. Some clubs keep both running side by side, others find the group chat gets quieter once there’s less that needs to happen there. Either way is up to your members, not us.

The message that mattered is already gone.
HOW PEOPLE HEAR FROM YOU

Reach members the way they actually check things.

Post club news and it lands on the club home page and alerts every member. Write an email and send it to the whole club or just the people signed up for Saturday. Members choose how they hear from you, so your announcements land instead of getting muted.

Club news

What members see first

Posts land on the club home page and alert every member.

Club email

The whole club, or a segment

All members, everyone signed up for an event, everyone who hasn’t, or just owners and admins. Sends go out one at a time so they land in inboxes, and you keep a send history.

Signup confirmations

Automatic, and in your words

Separate replies for members and non-members, with your own instructions dropped in.

Member choice

Instant, daily or weekly

In-app as it happens, one email a day (the default), or a single weekly roundup.

ON YOUR TERMS

Check once a day. Or don’t.

Instant in-app, a daily digest (the default), or a weekly roundup. The point is your members choose, not a group thread that never stops.
